
Braised King Oyster Mushrooms

- ·5ml dark soy sauce

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare ingredients:
Soak 50 g of dried shiitake mushrooms in clear water for about 2 hours. After they are completely soaked, remove the stems and cut them into strips for later use.
Wash 300 g of king oyster mushrooms and cut it into even strips.
Cut 10 g of green onions into chopped green onions, 10 g of ginger into minced ginger, and cut 10 g of red peppers and 10 g of green peppers into strips respectively.
Tip:
The soaking time of dried shiitake mushrooms is not included in the total time for making the dish. Soak them 2 hours in advance.
Step 2
Blanching:
Pour half a pot of clear water into the pot. After the water boils, add the cut king oyster mushrooms and mushrooms.
Blanch for about five minutes to ensure that the ingredients are cooked through and remove excess impurities. After taking out, drain the water for later use.
Step 3
